Ability to edit existing login key

Would be very nice to be able to edit existing login keys. For example edit the allowed IPs list when an IP changes.

Create Login Key : allow key editing.

Currently a login key can be deleted but not modified. The problem here is that if the user selected a sub-optimal set of API permissions, he now has to re-enter the entire set with corrections and create a new login key. The feature request here is to allow API permissions to be added or subtracted for an existing login key.

Behind the scenes, it's not necessary to actually edit the existing key. A new login key could be created. But at the user interface, it should appear to the user that he is editing an existing login key. The random value assigned to the login key would likely be different.
