Account terminate option need to separate

Hello,
Sometimes Account deleted from admin area. For testing i limited admin access and I can login only there. But after this account terminate occur again. Which did not happen to my concern.
Please separate this option. Account can be terminate from only terminate button/option like WHM. Do not keep it easy way to terminate.
Please remove terminate option from plus + button
