Add a last verified date to every knowledgebase help page
Let's as an example consider
help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=8
which mentions “User Panel -> domain.com -> MX Records” and ”Local Mail Server”. These no longer exist in that form, but the current Evolution UI has them in a different place by different names.
The last modified date of the above help page is in 2014, so we can guess that it's out of date. But we don't really know, because who knows, maybe it's still current.
If this page had a “Last verified” date in 2020, we would expect it to be current, even though it was last modified in 2014. If on the other hand its “Last verified” date was, say, in 2015, then it's been 5 years since DirectAdmin staff verified its correctness, so we should expect it to be no longer accurate.

Yes, a lot of help is old and outdated. It's a known problem here with da. If you search the forums you figure it out easily. Its the main reason for the Newer area...
