Add uninstall for opache in docs since it's different

Normally things from options.conf can be uninstalled by the ./build remove_items or for example ./build remove_dovecot command.
However opcache is installed like this:
help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=567
Since for a removal you have to rebuild php. It might be wise to put this at that help page like first set opcache to no and then rebuild php.
Because having to rebuild php is different and a bit unexpected compared to other methods.
