Allow access per employee and not per reseller only

DA is built for Hosting agencies. We are a Coding agency using it. This means that if we want an employee to have access to specific projects, we can't. We would have to set them up as Resellers and modify the users.list file to allow multiple employees/resellers to access the same projects.
If instead we had a simple form:
- create employee
- assign specific users to that employee
This would be much more practical.
At the moment we have to provide each of our programmers a list of logins and passwords for each client user they can work on. This is not practicale, especially since DA doesn't allow us to see the current password. We have to reinitialize it, then inform the client, etc.
Please think of agencies too.
