Better FTP password handing at pure-ftpd

Currently it takes up to one minute for newly created FTP accounts to work. Provided pure-ftpd is used.

This leads to unnecessary support requests and should be handled differently so that the created FTP accounts work immediately.

It's available now, in the pre-release binaries, or in the full 1.60.5 version (no ETA on it's release date)
