[BUG] SSL renewal fails after transfer from other server?

Hello,

i have noticed many accounts that was transferred (restored full backups) from other directadmin server are using outdated LetsEncrypt certificate like the renewal was not attempted and thanks to that https sites not loading properly.
Bakcup restoring and LetsEncrypt SSL renewal should work on restored accounts.
