I have found a way to speed up the migration from cPanel to Directadmin many times over.

Create a cPanel backup with the following command: /scripts/pkgacct --skiphomedir --skipbwdata --skiplogs USERNAME

This will transfer the account shell 1:1.

I then use rsync to copy the data of the individual DocRoots to the new server.

It would be great if you could extend the import so that the appropriate rsync commands are generated for empty DocRoots. This would save a lot of work.

In the second step you could perhaps integrate the whole thing directly into the "cPanel Import" function.
