Create Login Key : preserve data on error.

A common problem on many websites is that if the user enters an incorrect field on a form, not only is an error message printed, which is good, but all entered data are wiped out and must be re-entered, which is terribly bad.

This problem exist on the Create Login Key form if an invalid label or invalid password is entered.

Highly recommended to not wipe out entered data until the user is done with the task.
