CSF opt-out in installer

I am using the auto flag to automate obtaining the server's license during the installation of DirectAdmin. It would be great if a flag existed, albeit a setup.sh parameter, or by means of creating a file, that would make the installer skip installing CSF. (We're talking lines 1946 and below in the installer).
