I am going to issue WordPress installation every time an account is created, I have a request that comes in line with this. Kindly note that I have designed my own template that comes with demo content. Kindly elaborate on how I will be able to run this WordPress installation and the setup pick them that I have.

Hi!
Have you considered using post- account creation hooks? The following gives an example of this along with a custom package item that you can deselect/select when creating an account just in case you have a special request to install something else:
