Delete manually created menu items.

I'd like to see a way of deleting custom menu items that you have created for either users, resellers or admin users.
According to support, it can be done in a really convoluted way by installing jq as root on the server and changing some files under /usr/local/directadmin/ but obviously a reseller can't do all that.
So a simple delete button for each custom menu item would be awesome as the only way to effectively "remove" them currently is to hide them. But then you end up with unused menu items over time that just spam the interface.
