Disable hard quota

We don't want to give customers unlimited disk space, but we don't want to limit them either. Instead, we would like to contact them personally when they go over their disk space.
Would you consider adding a feature that allows us to disable hard quotas on a server and perhaps even toggle this on a per user basis?

I think it would be more flexible to let the admin or reseller specify both soft and hard quota for a package, with a per-user override. Presumably a value of 0 for either would disable it.
