Disable showing custom version updates

Custombuild shows updates for custom set versions, because they are custom they should not be shown as updatable. Or there should be a option or something like that to disable showing these updates:
The custom version is set in custom_versions.txt
I also created a ticket: #28212
Example:
Latest version of exim.conf: 4.5.27 Installed version of exim.conf: 4.5.23
exim.conf 4.5.23 to 4.5.27 update is available
