Distinguish between clickable and not-clickable regions

In some places in the UI, I cannot tell which are the clickable regions until I move the mouse pointer there. And even then, I cannot tell when there is a single clickable region or more than one side by side.

E.g., on the Domain management screen, clicking on the checkbox and clicking on the domain name yields different results but visually I cannot tell that there are two *different* clickable elements. Also the domain name is clickable but other fields (Bandwidth, Disk usage, ...) are not, but visually they look identically non-clickable.

So the feature request is that we should always be able to tell which are the clickable regions before we move the mouse pointer there and before we click.

(Didn't test on a small touchscreen device. Presumably the above would apply there too.)
