Don't count system mailbox in system stats

Currently the system/default user mailbox that is created with a DA account is counted in the system stats. In our case this causes a few issues with billing via WHMCS, because if we enable billing per mailbox (metric billing), it bills for that mailbox too. If we specify in a plan on DA that we want to include 5 mailboxes, it seems that the user can only create 4 before they hit the limit, because of the default mailbox that is created. It makes sense to exclude that system mailbox from the statistics/mailbox counts.
