Email filtering by word, is matching whole string and searches in email headers? Quotation marks.

At /evo/user/email/filters one can filter based on the word. The question mark icon shows a tooltip which does NOT show an example of a multi word string blocking. Like i am afraid if spaces are treated properly. When I have tried to submit "some phrase" (incl. quotation marks), it complained about invalid characters (possibly " marks) despite the tooltip shows an example with quotation marks. (btw. entering multi-word phrase with spaces indeed treat it as a whole string. When this string is found in the BODY, it avoids delivery.)
Next issue is that the tooltip does not explain if the searched word is searched also within mail headers (inside full mail source code).
Can you please address this? Thank you
