Email Track and Trace in admin

A GUI interface in the admin area where you can see all incoming and outgoing email With any errors and easily drill down per domain without leaving the one screen. It would also show the amount of emails each domain has sent in the last 24 hours or choose how long for.

I would like to have an interface for the end customers like the "Track Delivery" tool available in cpanel, where the end customer can see why the mail from x@y.z has not arrived in his mailbox. This reduces the daily support effort enormously.

Looking at DA it would be good if it linked back to the 'account' rather than just the domain so we can also see forwards as well as incoming mail flow. Trying to trace email issues would be much easier.

It would be great to have a shortcut to the system. In the option 'show all users' it shows the sent emails on each package / domain. I am pretty sure these include the ones sent from the website. It would be great if those numbers became clickable to take you to a pretty page showing the sent emails headers etc..

I have been asking for this for ages. It also needs to be in the Admin area with all domains listed.

Messages should be tracked at every possible stage and in every possible direction, including forwarding, bounces, delivery, rejection during SMTP by local server or remote server, pipes, aliases, and so on.

This really is required in both the Admin and user accounts. A simple mail tab to see list of all users in Admin and click each account to drill down incoming / outgoing.

That's a coincidence, just requested this by support ticket as well; would be nice if it would be possible to have end users view rejects as well on the SMTP log in - out on their e-mail accounts page? Now it only shows successful emails but it would be interesting for customers to see bounced email info as well.
