Enable Let's Encrypt after backup restore

When You:
1. create user backup,
2. remove domain,
3. restore backup,
then Let's Encrypt certificate will be added to domain, but it will not be set to auto-renew. DA could detect if certificate was generated by LE and try to activate it for the same domain set.
Clients often migrate from other hosting companies using DA backup and LE certificates are never auto-renewed after migration.
