Evolution theme settings export / import

When we changed the evolution theme settings completely to our liking (include hiding some menu items) we found out it is not possible to export these settings for use on a different server. This seems like a manual process and seems like alott of work. When i browse thru the theme files i cannot find many settings i changed so i am not sure if i can copy files and also copy settings with it. But, this ofcourse would be better if clients or resellers can do this without ssh.
