Exclude system account in metrics

Currently, the system email account that is generated is included in the account usage statistics. I think this should be excluded by default going forwards for billing purposes. i.e. in WHMCS, you may want to sell an email only package of 1 mailbox, but if you create an unlimited package and enable metric based billing, then you have to include 2 email accounts instead of 1, else it'll bill the client for 2 email accounts rather than 1. It just looks a bit messy.
