Have vacation messages ignore mailinglist, ads and spam email

Have an extra option in the Vacation Message form to ignore all email coming from noreply, mailinglists, autogenerated mails, spam and other adds. For an example implementation from 2014 see example 2 on:

I think this is overdue, not only that, but we need to also limit how often the message is sent, lot of my customers leave the 1 min option enabled and generates just too much traffic.
