Hide IP Received from for SMTP Exim

Hi,
Nowadays Mail Privacy Protection is common even on Apple devices, they do hide our IPs when we do sending emails, this it should be enabled or added by default on DirectAdmin exim.conf.
All you need to do is to add this line on Comment 61 exim.conf:
- headers_remove = Received
