Include links to control panel in error messages.
Any time DirectAdmin reports an erorr (warning, notice, ....) via its message system, suitable links should be included to various places in the control panel UI.
E.g., if a reseller gets a message saying user xxx sent too many emails, there should be a link in the same message that will take the reseller to the user's page, where the user's status can be examined or adjusted.
