Integrate OpenDMARC with Exim to have DMARC checked and report sent out

I am not really sure this is only restricted to SpamAssassin/RSpamd... The change to "SUPPORT_DMARC" it's not enough, in opendmarc 1.4 they have changed the APIs, so there is a need for a patch that I have already provided to DA Support... We will see....

Just want to point out that since Exim v4.93 DMARC has been upgraded from "experimental" status to "supported". Source:
www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch-dkim_spf_and_dmarc.html
I quote (emphasis mine):
"You will need to attend to the local/Makefile feature ***SUPPORT_DMARC*** and the associated LDFLAGS addition. This description assumes that headers will be in /usr/local/include, and that the libraries are in /usr/local/lib."
So I think DirectAdmin's "problem" with adding experimental features no longer applies. =]

Right now I use rspamd for that (rspamd.com/doc/modules/dmarc.html) and it's working fine... but for those who prefer SpamAssassin it would be nice to have such option independent from the anti-spam software.
