The license management system needs to be improved. If possible allow it to reactivate the license on the server. Also please allow a period of time before suspending emails, say 3 days after it expires. An email should go out at least 24hr prior to the suspension as a reminder.
Your license update system also doesn't restart the processes like exim. I had to restart it manually.
