Memory Management and performance need some improvements to run smoothly

We noticed that memory management need some improvements most of time there is full memory usage, Load management also need some improvement as minimum load is 1 or 0.95 or similar instead of 0, in cPanel we notice that most of time load average is 0 if there is no traffic etc, on heavy loads cpanel allow to work website smoothly while on DirectAdmin websites respond slowly as server load increases
