Multilingual Interface

It will be good if Directadmin come with Multilingual Interface eg. cPanel.

So customer can select the language their prefer.

We've added 3 of the languages to the default package (languages that had >90% of the strings translated). We're going to add more of them soon.

A good thing would be if there was a way for us (administrators / DA license owners) to contribute to the translations codebase.
