Option to display email client settings on the user level.

A lot of end-users requests these settings, if there was an option to display mail.domain /ports/SSL etc for end-users this would eliminate these requests, at the moment new email accounts recieve these settings when they create an account as an email but if an account is migrated they won't see this information. Other panels have this option available or displayed within the email account section.
