I noticed my host has server time in Eastern (!) vs. UTC and this is a pain in the ass.
This affects PHP, MySQL, etc, etc.
It would be ideal if, as a customer, I could choose which tz I wanted to use for my account, regardless of what the host set for their servers, and all services followed suit.
