Remove cPanel DNS Entries on Import

When importing cPanel accounts into DirectAdmin at the moment, it preserves DNS entries like cpanel. whm. cpcalendars. etc...
These are obviously redundant when moving the account to DirectAdmin, and it would be cleaner to have the import process remove these entries (or perhaps a tickbox in case people want to keep them).
