Remove rename domain button

You can disable it via never commands, but I don't see any benefit in the presence of such option (not present in Enhanced skin if I'm correct either).
However, users can get irritated if they see options they can't use.
Since this is something rarely needed, it would be good to have an option to enable/disable the button in a way the rename button won't be visible by the user.
Like in directadmin.conf so not by custom template changes.
