Request API Options for the "One-Time Login Hash URL"
API: "CMD_API_LOGIN_KEYS"
Request
- "passwd" support with "login hash key"
- support "user" option for direct loginas to user
current api doesn't work with "user" only work with cmd
/usr/local/directadmin/directadmin --create-login-url user=USER

Also please modify API function for this task, for right now API does not able us to make a One-Time Login Hash URL without password, user's or reseller's or admin. But due to security restrictions we don't save passwords, only LOGIN KEYs, so we aren't able to make a One-Time Login Hash URL at all.
