Search should search in everything by default and put the cursor into the input box

When in need to find in a section (like the list of users): /evo/reseller/users
There is no filtering field which would immediately without Enter filter out the results. You need to click to view search, there i still can not start typing, i have to define in which row I want to search, even i do not need to, in most cases, I would be OK to match any row.
Proposal:
1) save user's time by adding new item into the filter according to a columns, named "Any", which will be selected by default.
2) the cursor for typing should be automatically placed into the input box/search field so the user can start typing without need to aim and click.
