Show NS records but disallow editing/adding with dns_ns=1

When using e.g. `dns_ns=1`, all NS records in a zone will be hidden from view for the user. I would prefer if the existing records were visible but un-editable. I think it is valuable for a user to see the full contents of their zone in a single location.
