Would be nice for a user to be able to create a subaccount that he could set permissions on, for an example mainuser creates subuser that can only access domain A.com and is further restricted to manage email (can also finetune the email stuff ) cause for example my user has 6 domains, but certain aspects of each domain can be delegated to another member of the team but restricted. Instead of sharing the account and having essentially ROOT on that domain/all domains tied to account.

Similar separation can be accomplished by using resellers. When you provide a reseller for your user - they are capable of separating each project to it's own user. So even the php processes are running under different privileges. The further separation of email/web/dns functionality can be accomplished using login keys that allow to select allowed and denied endpoints for the user.
