Support for websites running via proxies

Hello,
I would like to configure a website to run through Cloudflare, however this is very hard to do as certain records can't be migrated over from DirectAdmin due to the fact that the panel assumes that the website is pointing it's nameservers at it.
Basically, this would include the following:
- Allow people to tell DirectAdmin they want to configure the domain records themselves on an external registrar.
- Give that person all the records they need to create and then let them go and do it.
