Undo.

When big irreversible things are to be done, move all deleted files into a DELETE directory hierarchy instead. Purge after some time. This will make undo possible.

Most useful when deleting a user or a domain.

Now we no longer need to ask annoying “are you sure” type of questions. Just delete when requested, and undo if the operator changes his mind.

What do you mean? There's a trash implemented in file manager... you can restore the files from there if you need... For users and domains anyway, there should be remote backups that could be restored if needed. INHO it's wrong to think a control panel will do or should do all the work for you... Maybe anyone can cook, but not anyone should cook... or be a sysadmin...

Did you ever use punched cards in the old days? If you made a typo, you threw out the entire card (80 columns) and retyped. And everybody would make fun of you, because real programmers get it right the first time.
