Unify roundcube/directadmin vacations messages

Users can create vacation messages from directadmin or roundcube, making it confusing for the user, the site administrator, and hosting company.
Is there any way to make them unified? so the user can set them up from roundcube, but site admins can delete them or see if there is a vacation message created in any of the accounts?
