we need an upstream instance for the webmail via which the following options are possible:
- change password
- manage forwarders
- activate/deactivate autoreponder (with mail templates)
- view quota allocation and mailbox cleanup
- view mail track & trace
- view rspamd logs (merge with above)
- device configurator
- reindex all mails (xapian)
